By accessing or using the Chatlys Mail Assistant application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chatlys regarding your use of the Services. By clicking "I agree" (or similar) or by using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Chatlys provides AI-powered tools designed to help individuals and teams interact with email more efficiently. Our Services include the Mail Assistant, which may integrate with your email providers to help draft, summarize, and manage communications.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must connect your email account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the connection process.
Maintain the security of your account and credentials.
Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Services.
Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you provide. You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful or unsolicited content.
Interfere with the security-related features of the Services.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of Chatlys or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

6. User Content

You retain all ownership rights in the content you process through the Services (such as your emails and prompts). By using the Services, you grant Chatlys a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, use, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services utilize artificial intelligence models to generate suggestions and drafts. You acknowledge that:

Output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific context.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending or using it.
Chatlys does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content generated by the AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHATLYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
